WOD
WOD = Workout of the Day. This is our typical CrossFit class. Coaches begin by leading the class in a group warm-up and then go over the movements before the WOD begins. Typically WODS last about 10-30 minutes, can be a little shorter, can be a little longer. Classes are varied, every WOD is different. We do body weight movements, strength building, cardio conditioning, Olympic lifts, endurance and gymnastics. Before class is over we’ll finish with an easy cool-down. All levels are welcome and all WODS are scalable.
SWEAT
SWEAT is a lighter version of our regular CrossFit workouts. Think bootcamp style, hiit (high intensity interval training). We focus on more cardio and bodyweight movements. We use rowers, bikes, skiergs and running. Jump ropes, dumbells, kettlebells, bands and boxes. Heavy lifting isn’t what you’re looking for? Are you looking to get fit, increase your stamina, build your endurance? This class is for you! All levels welcome!
OPEN GYM
Here’s your chance to come in and focus on you! Lift? Skill work? Get in a missed WOD from earlier in the week? Workout of the day? You get to choose! Our Coach is here to help and guide you.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CROSSFIT
